SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 8-10 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary due to high demand, customs delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of your order date, please contact us at jorgelgdl17.4@use.startmail.com and we will investigate the issue immediately.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged product and we will make it right.
